Terms and Conditions

1.    Unfortunately we cannot accept dogs or pets.

2.    The property is unsuitable for children (walking, toddling or crawling).  Babes in arms are welcome.

3.    The accommodation will be available from 3.00pm on the start date of the booking.  Keys will normally be in the door.  If, on arrival, you think there is something not right or missing just let us know by ringing the big bell on the house door (Fieldfare House).

4.    Please vacate the Lodge by 10.00am on the finishing date to allow for cleaning and maintenance to take place.

5.    Please don’t attempt repairs to the property or its contents – we live just next door and are usually on hand to help/fix/replace in a timely fashion.  We do unfortunately have to charge for damage that falls outside reasonable use.

6.     The Lodge sleeps two guests.

7.     We are not responsible for the loss of any valuables or property left in or around the premises at any time, although we will do everything we can to find and forward anything left behind.
